Approximate per person price is calculated based on the full package for the maximum number of guests allowed within that package deal. Actual per person price will vary to stated price if more or less people attend.
Private Mid-Dawn packages require a $500 deposit to book and payment must be finalised before the session begins (on arrival).
Failure to do this will result in cancellation of your booking.
EFTPOS, cash and credit (visa or mastercard) and Business Cheques are the only accepted methods of payment, no Personal Cheques.
Deposit is non-refundable
Extra people on the night, not previously included in the booking price will encure a fee of $50pp and must be paid for before the booking commences.
Where there are more than 60 people attending, the maximum we will allow to attend is 80 people. This is for safety reasons and is non-negotiable.
The package you book for is the package you will receive, you cannot book for a 40-60 package and then turn up with only 20 and expect to downgrade your package. Payment for the full original package is required and you will receive the full value of that package. If however you wish to upgrade your package, you can do this within 7 days of your booking.
No pass-outs will be allowed on the night. If you must leave early, as long as we know about it, that is fine and if under 18 years old, if a parent is waiting outside the doors to collect you.

Conditions
Personal drink bottles are accepted, however please refrain from bringing your own food and drink unless you hire a room (food and drink available at centre)
Available Friday and Saturday, other nights by request - advanced notice required
A $500 deposit is required to book
Balance of payment must be paid on day of booking
In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable however if 14 days notice is given, we can transfer your deposit to another booking
Cancellations within 7 days prior to the booking will incur a $100 cancellation fee
A minimum of 14 days notice must be given if you wish to transfer your booking to another date
Players under the age of 18 years require parent's permission
Midnight 2 Dawns are supervised lock-in sessions
No alcohol or drugs permitted. No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs permitted
No pass-outs will be permitted.
